    WAS +106 vs sdp. Being a good handicapper means knowing when to take the right underdogs at the right time. This is one of those times. Although only slight underdogs, the Nationals should be able to pull it out tonight against the Padres. Washington pitcher Livan Hernandez is coming off a very nice 7 IP, 1 ER performance against the Mets last week. San Diego has failed to score more than 3 runs in 9 of their last 13 games, even though they’ve only lost 4 of those. That luck will run out against the Nationals tonight. Take Washington on the ML.
