    Padres to the bank tonight

    They face Todd Wellemeyer. This guy should not even be starting in the league, but the Giants had no other choice. Wellemeyer is 0-2 with a 9.58 ERA this season, giving up 11 earned runs, 11 hits, 7 walks and 4 home runs in 10.3 innings. Jon Garland has not been spectacular, but he is 2-0 with a 2.42 ERA in his career against San Francisco. In 2 starts against them last season, Garland gave up just 4 earned runs in 15.3 innings.

    2.) The Padres are 9-2 in their last 11 home meetings with San Francisco. The home team is 15-5 in the last 20 meetings overall. Bet San Diego at home.


    No reason to not take the pads at a nice price, -125 for 5 units.
