    Reason why the Dodgers lost tonight

    Joe Torre played to lose.

    POOR game managing. Dodgers are facing Dan Haren, and then get down 2-0.

    In this case, you need every run you can get.

    Bottom 2nd: They load the bases and instead of pinch hitting for Kuroda, they let him bat. Automatic out to end the inning.

    Bottom 4th: Runners on 1st, 3rd. They again let Kuroda bat. Automatic out to end the inning.

    What does Kuroda do for Torre for letting him stay in the game? Gives up a lead off double to Haren, who is then brought home by Conor Jackson. Ball Game.

    Why didn't you give him a call? If he knew you had points on the Dodgers, I'm sure he would of pulled his starting pitcher in the 2nd inning.

    One can only wonder how many World Series the Yankees might have won without him. Guy is one of the most overrated managers in baseball the past two decades. Not even in the same league as guys like Bobby Cox or Tony la Russa.

    Torre of Baseball reminds me of Jackson of Basketball. Give them both superstars and they're both the greatest Manager/Coach. I think Torre needs to go for a ride with Jackson on his motorcycle.......

    Last I checked the MLB schedule is 162 long games... I hope you were kidding about pulling the SP in the 2nd for a PH because of a offensive opp?? Are you serious? If managers did this everytime they would whore out the BP before the ASB and be forced the finish the season with minor leagures.
