LOCK ALERT
it's Texas Rangers -200! TEXAS RANGERS -1.5 runs. Texas Rangers all day baseball and bet the farm!!
Lets break this down to why it's a lock!
First off The Detroit Tigers just plain suck!!
They are last place or close to last place in almost all offensive categories. To put things into perspective... As a TEAM they have only hit 1 homerun in the last 7 days. Yes that's one as a TEAM in 7 days. Yikes!
As for the Tigers pitching Mathew Boyd just faced the Rangers just 3 weeks ago and got shelled! Gave up 5 runs and 4 walks in just 6 innings. Imagine the Rangers offense seeing him again in such short time! It could get ugly...and ugly quick! Texas might score 5 runs in the first inning.
Heaney the starter for Texas has been pitching great and is probably salivating to face this Detroit lineup.
But lets break this down further. While Detroit is almost last or near last in so many offensive categories. Texas is at the top or first of pretty much every category on offense.
THIS upcoming IS WHY THIS GAME IS A ***LOCK AND NOT JUST A GOOD PICK: (read on)

Cole Irvin (1-3, 7.71 ERA) will start for the Orioles in the series opener. The left-hander, who will make just his sixth start of the season, last appeared in relief, allowing a run on two hits and a walk in one inning of a 7-2 loss at Tampa Bay on Wednesday.
In his last start, Irvin took the loss, allowing three runs on five hits with four strikeouts and a walk in four innings as the Orioles fell 10-3 to the host Chicago Cubs on June 16.
Irvin's only two appearances against the Reds in his career came in relief stints for the Phillies in 2019, when he pitched 2 1/3 innings over two games.
Rookie Brandon Williamson (1-0, 5.40 ERA), who has never faced the Orioles, will start for the Reds on Monday. The left-hander is coming off a no-decision in his last start.
