Toronto has also made a big move in recent weeks, and the Washington Nationals have had the lowest pen ERA since June 1. No matter the Nats are winning games lately, and at cheap prices too!

On the opposite end of the spectrum, I still think the Detroit bullpen will be their downfall, regardless of whether or not they finish with the besr record in baseball.
