Can someone give an advice about live betting on mlb matches?

I search at this forum but didn't find anything similar.

When is some break in baseball matches when odds will be "stable".
Like in tennis break between sets, or on odd number of games.
Is it break after 5th inning or after each?

I checked mlb live odds on pinnacle and notice that there is no rule when some odd will be for decent time interval available (let say 30sec).

It constantly changing, even some matches are available, when I try to place bet, pinnacle completely remove betting for that match etc... I am aware that one run can change whole match...

It's 3 mins between each innings.

But there is never a long period of odds stability during an MLB game.

Pinny is kind of average for live betting as well.

I found also live scores which are pretty accurate when are the breaks between innings.
Like sofascores.
