    Yes, those are just top 10/bottom 10. Idea is to avoid betting on bottom 10 team (unless facing another bottom 10 team) or betting against top 10 team (unless facing another top 10 team) except when getting exceptionally good odds (+200+).

    It's all relative. Colorado pen sucks, but pens below them just suck more.
