    Seems like a shallow reason but there's a whole system devoted to this methodology. In fact, this season alone, when a team faced a team that swept them the last time they played, the team avoiding the sweep did so 80 times out of 86.

    It's a chase system and can get risky if you're not careful and don't exercise bankroll management but it's been one of the more steady sources of picks for me this season. Check out the thread here:

    In full disclosure, I didn't start the thread and someone else has been the last however many number of years but the person who was doing it this year had to stop for whatever reason and I just kind of took it over to keep it going.

    Unfortunately, you're supposed to stop betting in mid-August because things get volatile. Anyway, I'll be keeping track until we have no more series to go through.
