Odor should be suspended and fined for punching Jose Bautista
Bautista's slide was clean and a little hard. Odor acted like a jerk. He should learn how to jump and throw like most infielders turning a doubleplay can do. That slide was nothing like Utley's slide from last year. So now anytime a runner tries to break up a doubleplay I guess a brawl will ensue. What Bullshittt! Fine Odor hard and give him at least 5 games.
MLB is becoming ghetto-ized like the NBA. Sad!
Well, I think the umpires saw it differently, it was not a "legal" slide per the new rules this year. secondly, he will undoubtedly be suspended because he and he alone threw a punch, nice one by the way. I would guess 1-3 games plus the fine. The fines will reign down on all 8 players. Little league is not this bad. LOL.
