Not sure where this thread is headed, but just wanted to get some discussion about the games, starting with the play-in games on Tues. and Wed.

Here are my leans:

Hou - NYY (U 7)
Hou +1/+1.5 (this is usually an option with 5Dimes)...I don't see Astros losing my more than 1 - probably will win.

Chi-Pitt (U 3 - FF)...Probably a 1-0 or 1-1 score through 5
Cubs ML - team on an 8-game win streak and won't be content to end there. Arrieta has looked sharp vs Pirates. If Cubs score 3, gives them a good chance to win. Pirates have been playing mediocre lately. The home crowd will help a little I believe...should be a tight game regardless.
While leaning Cubs ML, Pitt + 1/+1.5 is not a bad bet - if it doesn't go to extras. I can see Pirates covering the RL at a decent price of -125.

With all that said, I think 1 home team is bound to advance...just not confident backing either, especially Yanks.
