Smyly has given up more than 4 runs only once in his last 21 starts and that was a 5 run game. He pitched 3 games early this season, @Bos, @NYY, and vs Tor and gave up a total of 5 runs in those starts and striking out 21 batters. He's coming off an injury but he'll be good to go. I have Texas scoring less than 4 runs at >60%. %'s are pointing to the Rays and I think it's some great value here. Gallardo is a stud and doesn't allow many runs either, but with the Rays getting over 3 runs in 80% of their last 10 away games. I think the Rays win this in a low scoring affair. 4-2 type game.
