The mighty Houston Astros are a road fav! Never thought I'd see the day.

Never thought I'd see the Angels at that price either, crazy stuff.

In my opinion the Astros are a road favorite because they play versus the Phillies and Kyle Kendrick on the mound. Besides that Houston's starting pitcher is Dallas Keuchel who pitched a shutout in his last game vs Oakland.

One thing that should be taking into consideration is that the Astros have lost 5 straight at Citizens Bank Park but they have the right guy in Dallas Keuchel tonight to buck this trend.

I didn't know that Dallas Keuchel is right behind Clayton Kershaw at 2nd place when it comes to complete games pitched. Keuchel has four and Kershaw has five complete games, interesting stat. The Astros have only 47 wins but Keuchel was credited with 10 Wins of them.

Astros looking to win three in a row. The Phillies were blanked in two straight (11-0 and 4-0) and now try to avoid their 3rd straight shutout in the opener of tonight's series.

I am going to back the Astros tonight. GLTA.

Is it easier to predict when the trends go bust, or for the trends to keep going.

Does Kershaw, Cueto, Price, King Felix get beat or do they keep it going? At what price? Opponent?

Wheeler has done better lately than Gio Gonzales and at a good price. Does that trend keep going?

People have said the trend is your friend. I agree, but the price needs to be worthwhile.

    Value for me is betting:

    Mets
    Tigers
    Dodgers -1.5
    Reds

    That's it
