I wouldn't trust Despaigne, big time regression coming for him here in the second half.

I am betting the Cardinals bats will remain silent and team will be flat. Read this after the Lackey trade for two of their home grown:

"Cardinals players appeared stunned and shaken by the news upon arriving at Petco Park for today's 2:40 p.m. game against the Padres."

Maybe they dedicate the game to those guys, come out red hot? But I am betting they don't.

I'm going to be on the cards here at -110. I don't think they will come out flat. I actually believe they will be motivated knowing they are not packing it in this season. Kelly was having a rough time Finding his control and Craig was only hitting 237. I think the cards went out and improved themselves.

    Best of luck!

El Duque Junior with a seven pitch first. Cardinals batters looked like they were ready to get on the plane.

Sox got two home grown players, Craig and Kelly. Lackey may retire after this season. Good trade for the Sox. Bad one for the Birds.

What's with Miller? Hasn't that b.p. machine ever heard of a shut down inning?

Thanks for the fade. Those professional baseball players were really crushed by a trade that is PART of professional sports. Keep posting please.
