2-3 with ERA of 5.01. Team's record is 3-5 when he pitches against them.

The only thing that owns here is NYY when facing Baltimore with Nova pitching
5-2 ERA 4.56 which sux but the team is 8-3 when he starts against Baltimore.

Yankees have the better start in this spot and the better bullpen. Baltimore is hitting .231 against RH pitching as well. Chen has not faired well against the Yankees, and with a decent line at home, take the Yankees, RIGHT?

I personally think if you can find +120 ONLY, then Yes, runs scored in the 1st inning makes sense for a small play. That was available for just a minute at one of my credit shops, but now I only see +110.
