How long is it going to take the betting public to wake up and realize that the Phillies ARE the best team in baseball.... BY FAR!

Except for 3B and A-Rod, They have better/hotter bats than the Yankees do at every single position. They are struggling swinging the bat all over the lineup, and to top it off, Joe Girardi is tossing another dead-out into the lineup with Jose Molina catching for Burnett.

Burnett has been terrible in the post-season, he has lost all sense of his command. His K/9 is down and his BB/9 is up. He's been lucky the damage hasn't been worse! What the hell do you think the Phillies are going to do to him? They are hitting .847 OPS as a team in the playoffs, they led the playoffs last year with .797 OPS. Charlie Manuel is a hitting genius and prepares his players (BETTER THAN ANYONE!) for what they'll expect when they are at the plate.

Pedro Martinez is going to get shelled?? Maybe, Maybe Not. I read the same comments all over the the internet when he faced the Dodgers on a long-layoff. The guy has very little wear and tear on his arm this year. He is more than capable of giving the Phillies a very serviceable performance (6 IP, 2 or 3 ERs).

In a pitching matchup in which it's a push for the Yankees at best, The better lineup tonight will be +185 !!! Absolutely Insane Value on the Phighting Phils.
