Adam: Welcome to our online Customer Service! How may I assist you today?
me: password is ****
me: some wagers I made were misgraded
me: example: [ticket]
Adam: why should it be corrected ?
Adam: ***** is your account ID by the way?
me: yes. I placed the wager right before the game
me: all the books had the line at 8.5
Adam: and?
me: and what, it was a bet on tonight's game
me: were all wagers on tonight's astros game canceled?
Adam: [ticket] isn't in your account within the last 7 days. When did you place the wager?
me: I placed several wagers here's another [ticket]
Adam: Just a moment, please.
Adam: Other pitcher started on that bet

Adam:
http://mlb.mlb.com/team/player.jsp?p...meType=%27R%27
me: but I placed bets right before game time
me: the change happened at 2 PM Eastern
me: and 5 Dimes even took their lines down and re-adjusted them after the change
Adam: Brett Oberholtzer started on that game and you have other pitchers listed
me: I don't get to choose what pitchers are listed. I placed bets at 5 Dimes, they list the pitchers
me: I bet right before the game started
me: Cancelled 7/31/13 7:05pm Reduced Baseball 967 Houston Astros/Baltimore Orioles Over 8½ -110*
me: so if the wrong pitcher was listed it was not my fault. You can see the 7:05 PM stamp and the game began about a minute later
Adam: Sir it was your decision to you place the wager with or with out the wanted pitcher listed.
Adam: But the rules are clear. And you Should know what the rules are since you play with us since 2010
Adam: Let me know if there is any other wager you want us to review
me: no I bet reduced baseball I could not choose listed or not listed
me: on reduced baseball the only way you can bet is listed
me: and the book evidently listed the wrong pitchers, this is not my fault
Adam: Let me transfer you Sir
Please wait while I transfer the chat to 'Percy'.
You are now chatting with 'Percy'
Percy: Good Evenining!
me: hello
Percy: I was following your chat with Adam.
Percy: Let me tell you that your bet was graded properly
Percy: It was no action as you had listed Bedard and he didn't started the game
me: can you tell me why the wrong pitchers were listed on a bet at gametime?
me: Adam seems to think I selected Bedard, I did not
me: I went to reduced baseball and bet the over on the game
me: the book chooses what is listed, and listed is the only way it is allowed to bet on baseball totals
Percy: Bedard was listed yesterday to start until there was a pitching change .
me: yes, there was a change at 2 PM Eastern today
me: please look at when my bet was placed
Percy: yes , the change was made this afternoon
Percy: all totals are listed and that's why your play is no action
Percy: That's final
Percy: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
me: sir I don't think you understand
me: I am asking why Bedard was listed at the book at gametime
me: when the change was made at 2 PM
Percy: The game started at 7 pm ET
me: and?
Percy: we change it as soon as we find out a different pitcher was starting
Percy: your play in no action
me: yes but the pitching change happened at 2 PM and you adjusted your lines accordingly
Percy: that's all
Percy: correct \
Percy: Yours is no action
me: I just want to know why the pitcher was not changed
me: when my bet was placed five hours after the change was announced
Percy: We will never change a pitcher from your bet . We can change the line but never your bet . If you had a different listed pitcher is No Action .
me: percy, I placed my bet 5 hours after the pitching change. What I am telling you is that I could not choose which pitchers to list
Percy: Please take a time to read the baseball rules
Percy:
http://www.5dimes.eu/sb_rules.html#baseball
me: the only option in baseball betting is to bet with listed pitchers
me: and you list the pitchers, not me
me: so I just am trying to understand why the wrong pitchers were listed
Percy: Is very simple . Did your listed pitchers started the game ? yes or no ?
Percy: yes , then you have action
Percy: no , then your bet is cancel
me: No one had action then
me: you had the wrong pitcher listed, that is not a bettor error. That is a book error
me: so yes I know why it was voided
me: but I don't know why the book had the wrong information
Percy: Only if someone had both starting pitchers . Or who took the Moneyline Action
me: at game time
me: What I am trying to explain to you is that I did not choose which pitchers to list, that is not an option made available. The book lists the pitchers and you have to bet it that way
me: so I assume a lot of bets were voided tonight on that game
Percy: that's correct
me: I just was explaining I did not make an error. Whoever was responsible for adjusting the pitchers did not adjust them. If I could type in manually which pitchers I wanted to list, I would have
me: but yes I know that my bet has to be voiced
me: I just wanted it acknowledged that it is not my error. I placed my bet with what the book had listed
Percy: I never said you made any error. I understand your point but your play is graded correctly . All bets that had listing Bedard were graded no action
me: you didn't say it but Adam did
me: this is a quote Adam: Sir it was your decision to you place the wager with or with out the wanted pitcher listed.
me: so he was saying I chose the wrong pitcher to list when there is no such option to select other pitchers
Percy: Totals are always listed anyways
me: yes
Percy: I apologize for the inconvenience but the line was listed with the wrong pitcher . For this reason All bets that had listing Bedard were graded no action. It's nothing against you is just the rules .
me: yes that is fine I just wanted to point out that it was a book error on the listing and that I did not choose the wrong pitcher, I just did what anyone else did betting the total
Percy: I understand . Is our mistake . We graded all the totals, spreads and Listed Moneylines no action .
Percy: We lost almost all the action for that game for that mistake
me: thank you, that is all I wanted to heart
me: *hear
me: good night
