    I have never felt more confident about a play than I do about this one 6/26

    Red Sox RL. Roy Oswalt can not handle the Red Sox at Fenway. +105, great return. I don't care what you say this is an all-in play. If I lose I'm done with baseball until the fall.

    From what i hear Roy Oswalt is in pretty bad form right now. But i am hearing that from you guys at SBR...


    I didn't get a chance to watch his last start. Do you know where i can find some video of his last start?

    can someone atleast tell me where his Velocity topped out at last time out?


    Oswalt is a power pitcher.. or atleast that is his style of pitching unless he has suddenly re-invented himself.

    In order for him to be effective his fastball needs to atleast be 93-94mph

    His fastball topped out at 95. It averaged 93. His curveball averaged 72. He struck out 11 and walked none.

    Besides the fact the Nationals best hitter would legitimately be only the 5th best hitter on Boston, you have to add in the DH and they work the count they will be in to the bullpen by the 5th.

    11k 0 walks but didnt he give up 4 or 5 ER in 5 innings...doesnt matter what his SO to walk ratio is if your ERA is in the 7's

    That's what I'm not understanding from that logic. Okay impressive he got a strikeout, it still counts as one out. Bottom line is he got tagged for 4ER in 5 innings, and it wasnt first inning jitters, a bad offensive team got to him.
