    The Over 9.5 in the Philly Washington game has good value, here's why.

    The over/under in the Phillies Nationals game is 9.5. Phillies starter Joe Blanton has a

    7.63 ERA this year against Washington and is also 0-1. The over is 7-1 the last 8

    games the Phillies and Nats have played in Washington. The last 15 starts for Livan

    Hernandez havn't been any better going 2-9 with a 6.65 ERA. All the arrows point to

    the Over 9.5 in this game. Great value here guys I got it at EVEN odds at Bodog. GL
