GotW - Toronto Blue Jays @ Atlanta Braves
4.5u - Toronto ML

Where to start. What a pitching mismatch this is. Roy Halliday has gone atleast 7 innings in each of his last 10 starts in which the Jays are 9-1. In that span he is getting an average run support of 6.8 runs per game, which will be plenty to beat the faltering Braves lineup which has been held to 0 or 1 run in 3 out of their last 5 games. This includes being shutout (on 4 hits) lastnight against Aaron Cook.

On the other side, Kenshin Kawakami is 2-5 on the year with a 5.73ERA and 1.62 WHIP. The Braves offense really struggles when he is on the mound, averageing only 2.7 RPG in his last 7 starts. This won't get any better against Halliday and the surging Jays.

The Jays are coming off being swept in their 3 game series at Fenway while being held to only 5 runs in that span. Look for Aaron Hill and the rest of the Jays' lineup to come out swinging and absolutely beat Kawakami into the ground.

1.5u - LA Dodgers ML

Both Kershaw and Weaver have been pitching great as of late, but look for the Dodgers to keep surging at home in spite of Manny's absense. The Dodgers will come out early and grab the lead and leave it in Kershaw's hands. And those hands are coming off a 7 inning, 1 hit performance against the Marlins.

1u - Mets / BOSox - UNDER

Dice-k is back from rehab and this should be interesting, as the minors are nothing like the majors. But he proved himself last year and this one should turn out to be a classic pitchers duel between himself and Santana.

1u - Marlins / Rays - OVER

Both Ricky Nolasco and Andy Sonnanstine are struggling immensely this year, both with WHIPs up around 1.70 and 1.80 respectively. The Rays have gone over in 4 of their last 5, and the Marlins 3 of their last 5. Don't look to fade that stat tonight with these two struggling pitchers on the bump.

BOL to everyone. I'm off to work!
