    hard to convince me they have the best starting pitching in the majors when their rotation is 8th in MLB. would take the nats and giants rotations over theres.

    getting longoria back in august will be key, and they'll have to survive that wild card playoff cos they arent getting past the yankees.

    Boston's only 4th in the AL in run differential, the Rays are 8th, I think a lot of bookies have the sox pegged for a decent run at the playoffs

    exactly right. i think the sox have a losing record in 1 run games while the rays have a winning one. AL wildcard race is gonna be a good one.

    lmao tampa might not even make the playoffs ... they have no offensive skill what so ever without longo... once he comes back then maybe they have a shot but i dont see them beating the yanks, texas, or the angels for that matter

    angels might even take the west which would leave a wild card spot for texas


    dont sleep on detroit neither if they can get hot with their pitching besides verlander then who knows what will happen

    yes detroit is a great team, with great pitching and hitting

    in playoff baseball they lack SPEED, stolen bases, infield hits ETC (something tampa excels at)
