Too hot to leave the house and go out drinking, 94 degrees and brutally humid even at night. Just want to stay in and wager tonight and only one night game. Beckett may be coming off the DL but how can anyone take the Mariners. Offense put up 5 runs in last 5 games, 6-13 in their last 19, Ramirez is coming off a good outing going 8 innings but is still putting up an ERA of over 4 this season and really is probably not at the skill level to start against a team like the sox. Red sox are 12-4 in their last 16 and hopefully keep Beckett on a pitch count.
