1) St. Louis/Florida UNDER 8.5 (+100, 1 Unit) It's pretty simple why I like the under in the Cards/Fish game. Pitchers park helps. My biggest concern is the bullpens getting taxed yesterday, so hoping Z can go deep, and Lohse continue his fine form. Carrer numbers are my driving factor here.
Rest of the potential lineup has limited AB's (Morrison is 3-5)
I don't have the spray charts, but with the struggles in the top and middle of lineup, I have to bet the under.
2) San Diego Padres (+129, 1 Unit) Battle of two bad teams, why not just grab the dog? Kip Wells is starting his first game in the bigs since 2009. It's been a long climb back, and he will not get many more opportunities. Plus, being from Houston, he'll deal in front of family and friends. What made this an easy decision if the fact the Astros turn to Jordan Lyles, who has been giving up a lot of hits, not striking anyone out, and losing! (Astros are 1-7 in his starts)
