Betting on the Phillies every game this season

If someone were to bet "To win" 1 unit on the Phillies EVERY game this upcoming season, would it turn a profit?

The Phillies have won more games than any other MLB team the last 2 seasons.

While betting blindly on a team is just straight out dumb... Yes you would have made money.

Will have a lot of chalk, and you got to hope that the bad teams don't win some games against them. Would have lost a lot on Boston last season and they had 90 wins

Might be a dumb question, but I see the 1273 for the Phillies, but what exactly does that imply? How much would you be betting to get that number, and is that a $1,273 profit? I'm sure it seems more like a really dumb question now that I'm reading it, but I'm pushing Post Quick Reply anyway.

It's based off the $100 bet. So that would be a 12.73 unit profit.

Good idea. You should Martingale them also, to double your fun.

With the chalk that you'll have to play on Halladay and Lee GOOD LUCK. Very few times will the Phils be dogs throughout the season. I'd say easily they will be a -140 or higher 100 times and maybe an underdog around 40 times (and an underdog for a reason). I guess the system could work, but it will likely be an easy way to get in a hole.

MLB is by far the toughest sport to grind a profit throughout the entire season, if anyone else tells you otherwise, I'd ask for a reference of past plays over the course of an entire season.
