Royals at Blue Jays

The first two games of this series have both finished beneath the number. This afternoon could prove another low-scoring affair.
Ted Lilly cruised through the first two innings of his last start. However, he fell apart in the third inning and literally got in a physical confrontation after being removed from the game. Off that embarrassing incident, I expect Lilly to bounce back with a strong outing this afternoon. Its also worth noting that Lilly has preferred to pitch during the afternoon this season and his home ERA is significantly better than his road ERA.

Meanwhile, Odalis Perez was solid in defeating the Indians his last time, allowing two runs through seven complete innings. It was his third straight start which stayed below the total. Perez has also pitched very well against Toronto. In two career starts vs. the Jays he has gone 2-0 with a miniscule 0.59 ERA.

Consider the UNDER.
