    Why do managers do it?!!!

    Why do they leave the starters in the game 2 outs too long??

    Fukking unreal. Verlander gave Detroit everything they needed through 6 1/3 innings. Why leave him out there to give up the tieing run when he is clearly struggling late in the game. WHY?????

    yes, that is the perfect way to describe it. They WAIT until the screw-up has already happened instead of preventing it. I pray Detroit escapes tonight, but Leyland gets paid the big bucks to override Verlander's wishes when necessary. And tonight = fail!

    yep same thing happens when they bring in a shit reliever instead of one of the good ones. Of course the shit one gets bombed and the good one has to come in anyway
