Arizona can't hit anything anymore, and Livan is great against shitty hitting teams. Upton is playing with a hurt elbow.
Hudson has generally bounced back this year after a non-quality start, especially against the lower hitting teams. Washington is 11th in the league in runs scored at home. To me this is one of those where the line says it all.
