    i like this, dont be afraid to bet the pads tomorrow!!! why does everyone just post plays all the time on here without giving the slightest bit of reasoning? give one good reason except halladay's last start. and remember this time he is at home? it is a game, anyone can win thats why they play. but seriously pads have a 5 percent chance on winning.

    Maybe He wants you to look at the Padres b/c:

    stauffer has a 1.33 ERA over his last 8 starts.
    SD has scored 42 runs over their last 7 games
    SD is barely under .500(24-27) on the road and over .500(15-14) in the 3rd game of a series.
    The ump Porter is 14-3 to the under avg 6.24 RPG. So a really low scoring game give the friars a better chance.
    that taking the opposing team +1.5 runs is 13-8 TY vs Halladay.

    Then again he just might be trying to get you to bet the Padres so his price on the Phillies will be cheaper
