    Avoid Home Sweep System

    I’m not sure if this system has been tried before or not, but I started it a few weeks ago. I thought I’d create a thread for shitz & giggles showing its results for the rest of the season. The system record is 9-1, since 6/19.

    The rules are fairly simple:

    • All bets will be on the M/L.
    • Only bet on 3 or more games series.
    • Bet on the home team in the FINAL game of the series, IF the home team has lost all of the prior games in that series.
    • For a 3 game series, bet only on the home team, IF they have a 50% or better home game win percentage.
    • For a 4 game or more series, bet on the home team, no matter what their home game win percentage.
    • More filters may be added as the season progresses. It is definitely a work-in-progress.

    I am using Labby lines, but feel free to use any money management system you'd like.

    I will post any plays the night prior or day of the game(s) with the line(s) I got from Sportsbook.

    Play at your own risk. I haven’t done any back testing on this system, aside from the past few weeks.

    Nice, I can definitely see where you're coming from with your system. MLB is definitely not one of my strong betting sports but I do it for fun waiting for NHL/NFL and I can't for the life of me come up with a stats system that works. Chase systems are really not my gig but with yours you seem to at least pick your spots so to speak. Looking forward to your plays-cheers.

    2-0 to start for the system.

    It was nice to see the Brew Crew make a come back in the 7th. Their offense had been stagnant this series.

    Congrats to any early followers.

    There may be two more plays tomorrow. We'll have to see how the Dodgers and Giants do tonight in the 3rd games of their 4 games series.

    Nice job, I rode along with you on both plays and wanted to take Giants tonight until I realized it was a 4-game set. Either way I still might take them despite the lofty price.

    I would imagine most systems have been tried more than once, unless they are very obscure. Since, I couldn't find a thread on this already, I figured why not start one.

    quickly ran this system through sdql and the 3 game sweep system is 20-8, 26%ROI. and the 4 game system is 5-7, -10%ROI. considering it averages around 60 plays a season, it doesnt profit much at all, generally finishing at around 6%ROI. assuming you scrap the 4 game sweep cause that one finishes in the red every season but a few.

    I'm surprised to hear it only averages 50 plays per season. There has been 17 in the past 30 days (including the AS break).

    only looking at the 3game system(the 4game system went 1-7 last season), it is real slow the first 2 months and averages around 12 plays/month from june on. and i said it averages 60 games, not 50. either way, bol for the remainder of the season.
