    Mariners -105 Thoughts???

    SEATTLE (10-15) AT BALTIMORE (13-12)

    MARINERS -105 MARINERS -105

Moyer - who played for the Orioles from 1993-95 -- has dominated Baltimore during his career, posting a 16-3 career mark with a 2.95 ERA in 28 games. WOW!!!!

That right there is enough for a play on Seattle!!!!
But of course there is more!!!

Orioles vs LHP in 14 Games this year= BA.199
Avg only 3.1 Runs per game Ouch!!!
Orioles pitcher Rodrigo Lopez 6.97 ERA..
M's pitcher Jamie Moyer 3.45 ERA

Lopez has given up two or more home runs in three of his starts..
Bottom Line: Both Teams have lost 5 out of last 7
games why not take the better pitcher who
has a remarkable record against the team he is
    facing?

Is Baltimore all that great?? I don't think so!!

I don't think I have guessed right on an Orioles game so far this year. Something like 0-6. Getting to where I hate that team. Mariners are the better team but that's not saying much in this case. Moyer is having a much better year than last year and has been keeping his team in the game. Nothing wrong with your capping of this one and I'll trust your judgement since I am Oriole dysfunctional right now.

The Orioles lineup is far better, and I like Lopez - his early season start is the result of strong opposition and a couple bad breaks - he'll bounce out of it against the Mariners. But, the Orioles struggle with lefties anyway, especially Moyer, as you mentioned. Tejada and Roberts are both questionable as well, so that won't help at all. If I had to play it, I'd take the O's, as they are too good to lose a home series to the Mariners, but I am only playing under. GL with whoever you take in this one.

I would leave this one alone. mariners have no offense. Don't expect much run support. this game to me is a coin flip. If I had to choose I would take seattle with the pitching edge. Personally I really Like Brewers at the price today.

Tough game im. I liked the Mariners, but threw that game out at the last minute.
