The good: Home opener, WS rings, huge crowd in attendance, Sanchez pitching, cards dismal offense
The bad: odds of course! -160 to -170 at most books

My advice: Take the Giants ML at anything less than -170, RL it, hell...take the Giants -2.5 RL at +215. Over 7.5 also looks good to me.

As much as I do not like the Giants, I wont let my pride get the best of me in this one. Sanchez is predominantly a 2 pitch guy with a dominant fastball and a filthy slider. He is now starting to use his changeup more than before, so you should see some Cards hitters looking foolish at the plate, guessing if its the change or the fastball. I love this matchup vs the Cards, first road trip for the 2-4 Cards, first home game for the 2-4 Giants...something has got to give, and I am guessing the outcome will be a 6-2 victory for the Giants, hot off a pretty good beating of the Padres. Too much excitement in the crowd, too much going for the Giants right now...best of luck everyone.
