correct...i put the "new" loss total on hold till i have won back 3/4 of the "orignal" loss.

another precautionary action i take is that the 4 game losing streak is not carved in stone.....if the total loss of first 3 game losing streak is large i break it up there after 3 games.

i haven't defined how many units loss the 3 games losing streak should be before splitting it up........but if it goes beyond 20 units i will most likely split it up in four parts.

san fran has been a nightmare for us this season we've had them 7 times....3 losses 4 pushes.

over this three game losing streak we collected a 20.77 units loss....i recommend splitting this up in 4 parts and win each part back at a time....over the next maximum 12 days the entire loss should be back.

I have played this system about since Slapshot has started posting. It works for me. I play -1.5 so I have no pushes. I USUALLY play from the 3rd loss on. I've never had to go past a 3 bet series. It's great because USUALLY it's even money or more. A couple times in begining I got a different team then Slapshot. I thank him because now I just reconfirm my pick with his. But if you just follow the rules (I guess you can use any book just stay consistent). It works- I bet to win 10% of my principle every bet. Because it's even and I start at bet 3 or higher my draw down is manageable (I have had 50% draw down before). Point is the only post in here should really be Slapshot's picks- the rest is really just noise. Like Dusty- undefeated? It depends on how far you chase. I have yet to lose any "series". But you could really just spend 30 min doing a back test- shit just read the thread and follow Slapshots posts. I hate how no one wants to do any work when the directions are on the first post. As for what the numbers mean? Wins- Loses-Push-rained-postponed (I think- but who really gives shit)

over the last 5 games we've had action on....we have lost 41.98 units.

the original strategy was to chase another 3 games after the initial 3 games losing streak.
we're sitting at 2 games lost now after the inital 3 game skid.

i will stop this chase here and go back to win 6.2 units.

if you were to follow the original strategy you would bet to win 22.21 units tonight and that is too steep.....
especially with atlanta as our pick today.....they have been rubbish this season for us..

unless we are chasing a 3 games or more losing streak we are done on september 16th.....if that day provides with a win.

in theory we need 12 days to recover a 3+ games losing streak and in case we have a losing streak to recover we might need a few of the last 12 days of the season to get it back.

the losing streak we're trying recoup right now will take more than 4 wins over the next 12 games becuase it was longer and more expensive than usual....it will take us 7 wins.
