    Will the Bogota WTA tourney ever be completed?

    The rain delay there seems permanent.
    There's a doubles game (involving Hibino/Kato) which started on Monday that's yet to be completed.

    I didn't know the SBR is so powerful. This thread woke them up in Bogota. They're now doing all they can to complete as many games as possible (haha).
