    Toronto Dog Chase Day 2

I initially thought to comment on today's every match here, but IMO most of the favs win today, so I will only post picks which are interesting enough and of course the dog choices....

Giraldo - Kyrgios >> dog odds around 2 (and dropping) on Kyrgios

Who can tell in what sort of form is Kyrgios now? Experience says - only the elite players can take a break for a month or 2 and then come and outplay everyone. I think Kyrgious is not there yet. Take Giraldo if odds increase on him or better watch the game.

Gulbis - Sousa >> dog odds around 5 (and dropping) on Sousa

1st round is always the best chance Gulbis will lose and Sousa can be good on hard courts. Then again he has sucked lately, a small bet on Sousa though is worth a value.

Karlovic - Tomic >> dog odds around 2.44 on Karlovic

Again a toss really. Tomic is so overrareted, and despite his success against Karlo-man inner feel says it's gonna be Croat who advances to next round.

Sock - Melzer >> dog odds around 2.73 on Melzer

Think Sock will be tired after the cheap tournaments he had played lately and Melzer has all that's necessary to beat this guy.

Gasquet - Pospisil >> dog odds around 2.50 on Pospisil

I saw Vasek against Rao and that was so miserable that I will not back this guy for quite some time now.
Gasquet should win here. But again odds are just too low here.

    # Sousa @ 4.93
    # Melzer @ 2.73
    # Karlovic @ 2.44

Your analysis yesterday was good, even if you missed the first few.

Did you look at Seppi's match against the young local qualifier at all?

I honestly don't know who Shnur is, so looking forward to his match against Seppi. No bet here.

It is dangerous to back Lu these days but I don't know if he is able to lose to Granollers. This is really a 50/50ty match with maybe a slight advantage to Lu so if odds were at least 2.00 on Lu I would pick him.

Either do I. But he has a couple of wins on these courts under his belt, smashing both Sugita and Ebden who are both handy Challenger level guys, and I imagine loads of home support at his age and this event status.

If Seppi looks vulnerable on the surface or for other reasons might be worth a shot...

This was a nasty day. No chance really on Melzer or Sousa.
    Karlo-man survived.

Day 3 should be a much brighter day for my pals (dogs).
