Site violates self imposed ban in casino: what should happen

Op asks for a 90 day ban from the casino portion of the site where he likes to play poker. Op goes felt and asks for the other accounts to be closed til he reloads. Op reloads and emails support asking for accounts to be opened. All portions of account access are opened including casino in which 90 days is not up. Op incurs loses at casino.

How much is op's responsibility and how much if any is sites responsibility for reopening before agreed 90 self ban from casino...

100% OP's responsibility. 0% anybody else. OP needs to take some responsibility for his own actions and quit trying to blame other people for the OP's problems. Let's say that the OP had won in the casino instead of losing. Would the OP want the casino not to pay him the money owed to him?

Agreed 100% OP's responsibility. Op is grasping at straws and wants to put gambling problem blame on anyone except himself. Classic degenerate gambler.

Agreed. Numerous cases of this appearing both online and brick and mortar and all disputes are always found in favor of the house. I have seen reports of winnings in excess of 40k+ being confiscated because of this.

Chuckle...I had asked for a 90 day ban in casino so I could just play poker and bet sports. Company agreed...during the first two months I made more than I lost even had a few withdrawls. In the end its my fault for trying craps again...it was before the 90..I asked for it to be reopened and they said ok....so much for dedication to responsible gambling...lesson learned...casino portion permaclosed

Tough luck man...sorry to hear you lost. Blackjack is my weakness and more often than not I end up losing all my profit at the virtual tables. Best advice is if you want to play poker join a specific poker site... the merge network allows americans still and will disable "casino games" if you ask them and trust me... it's a pain in the ass if you even want them re-enabled. If you want online casinos games I recommend just hitting up an accredited online casino from the casinomeister list and at least take a big bonus and get some play out of it also you are dealing with a site where that is their expertise.... the sportsbook casinos for the most part are pretty tough to beat and the odds (aside from a few) are pretty terrible in regards to payouts on things like videopoker and slots.

At least when I deposit at just an online casino I only throw like 50-100 bucks and get a pretty nice bonus 50-100% but obviously has a high rollover.. but when I get my ass kicked by that... the last thing I want to do is play at a sportsbooks casino. I will say I have had a few decent hits over the years from online casinos... 11k progressive a few years ago.. numerous 1k-2k hits.. but losses outweigh the wins.

Its done and over with...I just asked to have that portion, the casino, closed for all time for me on the site. I chuckle at the responsbile gambling graphic on their page. I asked for the 90 day ban, company said sure no problem. Later on I ask for the rest of the accounts to be closed because when I dont use them I dont want the status to be open. Black friday hits, so I ask for my account to be open because this site wasnt affected. I look and all three protions are opened.

Point is moot...casino closed to me forever by my choice on this site...interested to see what opinions would be because when its ones own money you dont have the clear vision that you might have otherwise.

Lesson learned.....plus Im moving my business to another site after this...

Dont mind being wrong and dont mind losing money...

op's fault for having no control. Most of us get that from time to time but if it is a problem and you cant help yourself then you need to find a book with no casino involved.

Op is a degenerate gambler and should. If Op has family they should be well advised to leave him fast.

Op is responsible for his actions. Even the court decided in a somewhat similar case in the favor of the house: http://www.content4reprint.com/legal...lliam-hill.htm
