Hello. My thegreek story. The reason I open account with thegreek is thay have "A" raiting at SBR. 01/04/2011 I open account at thegreek and deposit $1250 by moneybookers and ask them credit $250 sign up bonus. Thegreek request documents from me. I sent documents to them. After some time thay tell me that thay cant credit my account with sign up bonus because my address in file is not the same as in my documents. I email them that my address is correct for 100% and than nead look clearly. When thay find that my adrees is correct thay email me that I linked to other accounts and no bonus for me. I confirm that I don’t linked to any other accounts and I sent them my passport, my drivers ID and my army ID, bank statement and bill. The Greek don’t agree give me sign up bonus. At this weekend I place some (9) bets (near 60% of my bets was made by phone) and my balance now is $3862. I say them okey, you don’t want give me sign up bonus, then I don’t want be your customer – withdraw $3847 ($15-fee) by moneybookers. Thay say me that thay don’t want my bissenes but I nead wait for 7 days before thay pay me. Before open account I read rules page and don’t find any information about about 7 days hold period and when I open account I agree to this rules in witch no any words about hold. And the second case why I nead wait something if I want terminate my account? Today is last day when many other sportbooks offer good sign up bonuses for final four and I want deposit my thegreek funds to them. When I ask them to pay me today – thay answer me "have a nice day". I don’t understand how this possible?! I email them that will look arbitrage of SBR and thay answer "That is fine, you write to SBR and I will also release to them the data that was furnished about you when an iovation check was run." For me is very intresting what bad can thay say about me? And other problem I have with thegreek at this weekends I place a bet by phone on MLB Pirates moneyline risk $700 to win $1071 and my bet is win. From few hours after bet was win I log in my account trying bet wining and find that my bet was graded not as win, but as push. All other funds was on pending bets. I email them and answer was that this is program error and it will be solved soon. I wait 40 minutes but my bet was not regarded and for me was not possible bet winings from this bet for other gane that start from 40 minutes and what happens? Bet I want place win. This make me feel not good. Like some one stole from you. All I want now is terminate my thegreek account and get my $3847 by moneybookers. I don’t agree wait 7 days! I agree provide all neaded information and sure I have emails from thegreek that confirm my words.

obviously the fact you can provide an ID doesn't say anything. they're accusing you of opening from the same IP multiple accounts with multiple ID's. so whether or not your name exists isn't the issue.
