    Sportsinteraction.com Beware of this site

    I have been using online sportsbook for over 10 years now and mostly all my business went to www.sportsinteraction.com but recently this site has become really shady and I suggest to all you new folk looking to sign up with a sportsbook to stay away from Sportsinteraction. I have deposited thousands of a dollars and withdrawn thousands of dollars on this site. I have never had a problem depositing until recently I have been using the same ** for 8 months no problems until today. Sportsinteraction decided to decline my transaction but still take the funds out of my account and tell me they cant do anything for me for at least 2 days. So needless to say most of my action is on weekend picks and now they took the money so I cant go to another sportsbook because they are holding my funds. I sent them my online ** statement showing i had the funds and that they took the funds and also had my ** company fax them a form to fill out so that the funds could be put back onto my **. Really easy solution for them to rectify the situation but they still refused to resolve the issue at hand stating they cannot do anything for days to come. So basically they have my money which was on my ** they took it and didn't credit my account and are refusing to fix the issue. I can't stress enough I have been with them for 10 years now and now they decide to pull a fast one. This sites reputation is bad they have a chatroom and constantly the customers are complaining so they even go to the extent of banning customers from chat who are complaining about the company. I am so upset because it is my money they are refusing for me to have. They also have the worst odds out of all the sportsbooks they rarely have promotions for their long time customers and they have a reputation of voiding a lot of bets. I just don't want to see new people who are looking for a sportsbook to make the same mistake I have please I am begging you to stay away from www.sportsinteraction.com. This is my first post and I hope to be a contributing positive member to this site and will keep the bitch posts to a minimum.

    IN the past 3 months, they have paid me $4000 twice - first time, payment hit in 4-5 days, second time 3 days. That's superb for an ****** *******...

    If anything their payouts are better now than in years past.

    Cross this book off the list. I have heard elsewhere that their customer service is horrendous also (which is clear from the first post).

    Plenty of other good books out there to play with.

    Their customer service blows. They gave me a load of problems a few months back and I'm not going to play there ever again. Good luck with that.

    Here's a little update they have had my money since friday afternoon Im not a new customer I have dealt with them since 2001 and have deposited thousands and have withdrawn thousands of dollars and this is how they treat a long loyal customer

    So I am not the type of person who will only spread negative news I also like to tell people the positive as well. This whole situation with SIA has made me beyond frustrated until today when I got to speak to Jon in Accounting and I have to say I was impressed with the way he handled my situation and was actually able to calm my stubborn ass down. He explained to me the whole way the processor process works and I honestly feel he was sincere when he explained that there is nothing he could do for me at this point but wishes he could. I've had some horrible customer service experiences with SIA recently until today and want to give SIA a compliment on how they are dealing with my issue right now. They also gave me a credit for the inconveinance and provided me with different easier deposit methods for the future. So I suggest to anyone who has accounting issues with SIA talk to Jon he is a professional level headed person to deal with.

    Positives - takes ************.
    Positives - pays $4000 at a time in 3-4 days direct bank deposit.

    Negative - requires verification (License, ** statement, utility bill). Takes about 2 weeks from submission to verify.

    Positive - once verified, can withdraw over and over with no problems.

    If you called JP Morgan at 9PM on a Friday and were pissed that at 9AM on MOnday they had not yet reviewed your issue, the bank would laugh at you. Give them a break.

    They take a long time to verify accounts, but they have great lines and pay fast once verified.

    I agree with pokerjoe, you sound like a prick and the support kept their calm during this, I would not say this is bad customer service, just bad manners from the customer.
    It seems like you card has been charged for the deposit ,but something has gone wrong during the deposit and it has not went through. when this happens it is usually kept on hold by the ** for up to 10 days before the amount `drops off` and you can use it again. its not really the fault of the bookmaker nor the ************, and you being an arsehole wont speed things up.

    SIA are one of the books which proves the problem with just considering the line spread (-110/-110). Yes they are high juiced, but they will often be the best price out there on one of the sides.

    I will take exception to the statement that SIA has great odds. More often than not, it's just a bit more expensive than other sites. I've found that a -175 favorite at most places is going to be -180 at SIA. Customer service is nothing more than so-so. The best thing about SIA is that it posts its lines very early in the day; if you want to place your wagers at 7 a.m. because you're not going to have access to a computer the rest of the day, you'll generally find that lines are up at SIA. This is head and shoulders above a site like Bodog, which never has things ready to go until a few hours before gametime.

They had the ability to drop it my ** company faxed them a form but they refused because they didnt wanted to give out their merchant id number to the ** company so maybe you should pay attention before chiming in

    ok, i got that part wrong, but the most important part about you being an arsehole to the customer service stays as your chat log indicates, proving not only that you are indeed a twat, but your statement about the customer service being rubbish is also crap as i would have told you to GFY pretty sharpish if you spoke to me like that unlike the person who had to talk to you, and i know a bit about the charging process, if it has been charged but not claimed by the bookmaker, it will take up to 10 days before the charge drops off and you can use your balance again, which in your case i hope is the full 10 days.

    So when people take money or hold money that they have mistakenly taken and can fix easily I should just stay bent over for them as for the customer service I have no regrets being a so called arsehole because I wasn't getting the customer service I should of been getting after 10 years with this book. Maybe your a little push over but I am not certainly gonna stand for it I only use prepaid ************ to deter from theft so this has caused me a big inconveinance because its money that I went to go and put on my card.     If you go to SBR odds and look at the first game on the MLB schedule tonight, you see that there are 10 or 12 sites that will give you +165 or better on Florida as an underdog vs. Washington. Go make that bet at SIA and the price is +155.

    SIA's alt runlines are a hoot. Red Sox +1 -125/Blue Jays -1 -120. Good luck beating a 45 cent line. Blue Jays ml is -125 and Blue Jays -1 is -120.

    Its not a normal ** its a ******* card and I have used it for over 50 transactions no problem at least 15 with this site alone.
