The constant misinformation i receive from them is amazing. I sent them a new ****** card and was told once they got the fax from me it would be available for use .So i sent the fax and was told they had received the necessary info. When i called about it not being on file i was told to just enter it manually and it would work but to my surprise it didn't leaving me unable to deposit till at least tomorrow. The directions i received from them is convoluted as i am told to do one thing for something to get done but it is never enough opening another barrier to be crossed . Heritage has the best customer service but sometimes it makes you wonder if they are aware of the needs of their clientele to be given a direct answer, not leaving them in the dark
