    use my wallet and sportsbook.com

I would like feedback on the following. People that have requested wires from USE-MY-Wallet to there bank accounts since last week. Have you revieced the money?

Those that have requested money from sportsbook.com to use-my-wallet. Any issues?

For some strange reason they won't tell me why but I requested a use my wallet withdrawal for 9000 on SUnday night. In the withdrawal history the next day monday I noticed that it said N/A under withdrawal method. I thought this was odd. For the first time in a really really long time my money didn't show up from my withdrawal Monday night at 6:03 EST... Anyways I was a bit concerned but not really that big of a deal.

Then yesterday I see that it says my money was processed via *************** when I requested use-my-wallet. Anyways I log onto my bank account and there is my money with 2% in fees 180 to get my money.....CRAZY

My friend requested sunday night use-my wallet and he still has NOTHING.

I put in for another request yesterday so I called and asked WHY DID YOU SENT ME A WIRE WHEN I REQUESTED a use my wallet. So the manager tells me that when we are having problems with withdrawals we sometimes send it by another method. HUH WHAT.

I asked her if there was a problem with sending money from sportsbook.com to use my wallet (there clearly is something going on) she told me that there was a raid last week for Full tilt and many other poker sites.

Anyways I have 2 issues here is there a problem with use my wallet? Has anyone gotten wired money in the last week. Wires from sportsbook to use my wallet?

My personal opinion is there is somthing going on with USE MY WALLET. which has me concerned as I have a balance at this place.

Any imput would be great as I'm trying to firgure out what to do here..

You didn't answer the question and if you can't help the situation please refrain from stupid coments. I use them for my own personal reason and believe that they are much better to use than most A rated books on this site.

Sportsbook.com does whatever the F they want whenever they feel like it, up to and including stealing your money. You're not special. Respect the ratings.

Like that A+ book WSEX? Oh wait. It's ratings have been in freefall... too bad I requested my withdrawal when they were A- ranked and they're still unsure when they will even "process" it. Maybe I should have just put my money in A-ranked Cascade.

    What is SIA ranked anyway?

That is a delicious straw man. But perhaps using the ratings as a tool instead of absolving oneself of personal responsibility would be a superior method? Surely you don't suggest that personal experience should be cast aside in favor of a biased bureaucracy and a cursory listing of letter grades?

Its all a guess but I have a feeling there is something going on with the governement and the seizing of funds last week. The woman at sportsbook.com told me something about there being an issue then said it has something to do with PAPER CHECKS.

I got a wire in 36 hours IN MY BANK so I do not believe it has anything to do with people taking out money. Of course I have NO proof of this but its my gut feeling.

Anyways most of my money is OUT OF *** its being housed at Carib and Intertops.

My friend had a wire processed from *** to his bank this morning. So maybe things are fine.....

This hunch about the entire industry is based on the fact that one low-rated book is taking longer than usual via a method very few books used?

Low rated by who? I was getting DAILY payouts for 6 months. Sportsbook.com has no business being rated D- they are better then some of the A and B rated books on this site.

If you have nothing possitive to add like recieving please refrain from spewing garbarge.

So I have to agree with you or else I'm not allowed to post? LOL. When a mod tells me that, I'll listen.

My point was that I think your opinion makes no sense. The fact that SB is taking longer than usual to pay via *** can hardly be seen as an indicator for the entire industry. You're welcome to your opinion, just as I am welcome to disagree with it.

I believe that stating that something must be wrong with the industry b/c of your experience is alarmist and way off-base. That's hardly spewing garbage, it's an informed opinion from someone who has been doing this for a living for a long time.

Thanks for posting cinpls081. I've played there off and on for many years. They never screwed me except for an occasional slow pay. I don't trust them though, they've stolen a lot from others. IMO, they deserve a low rating. Keep us posted on your payouts.

Meanwhile, I've had completely problem-free 5 figure payouts from Betfair and Pinnacle in the last couple of weeks (paid out in a few hours, if not minutes) , so maybe there is nothing "going on with the industry", unless of course you're playing Russian roulette with shitty-ass books.....This is a classic thread.....

Joke outfit, enough said. More complaints than your ever see in a established book regarding slow pay and bounce checks in your lifetime. Go to EOG, Covers, or RX.com, and you'll see more horror stories than good for from this book.

Very good book under Sportsbet PLC management, horrible book under Jazzette the current owners for the past 3 years.

They had Fisher +3000 overnight to win US Open. I was afraid to bet it for fear that they'd call it a bad line and void the bet. It could have been scalped on Matchbook at -2000. You can't simply call them and talk to the linesman. That's the problem when you can't trust a bookie.

there really aren't any issues with them. If you don't bet over the limit or take shots your money is safe. If you past post or do anything that isn't on the level. They will take your money. There customer service is fair to poor. I don't even think its worth calling you will get a headache. The lines options and bonus' are to good to pass up. Its a very ez place to make money

My money from last week hit yesterday as well. I put in for another withdrawal will let you know if I get today....

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/players-ta...com-theft.html

    10/19/2007 01:23 PM
Sportsbetting.com (SBR rating D+) joins BetUSA (SBR rating C-) in stating that it will not confiscate winnings from correlated parlays, which was the original action taken by service provider, Sportsbook.com's (SBR rating D+) operation management. Any players that have found their SportsBetting.com account to be debited should contact SBR or Sportsbetting.com.

BetUSA has added the following rule to address the lack of software control over correlated parlays. Other Sportsbook.com sister sites are encouraged to add similar language and warn players via email that this new stipulation exists.

correlated parlay betting: The results of certain events can be considered to be correlated. For example, in college football betting on a heavy underdog (eg 35 point underdog) and the under in the game is statistically correlated. If players consistently bet correlated parlays then management reserves the right to regrade wagers. Wagers will be split so that half the stake will go on the pointspread and half on the under in the game. This rule applies from 19 October 2007. This will only apply to those regularly staking $50 or more on parlays and is intended only to limit professional bettors who consistently bet correlated parlays.
    SBR Rules Monitor: BetUSA

SBR continues to discuss this matter with Sportsbook.com management with little progress. Sportsbook.com has agreed to credit players for losing correlated parlays since September 1st. This is of little consolation for most victims because only winning account holders were robbed during a time period when Sportsbook.com noticed players beating the book for large sums. Players do not have the option to recover losses from periods prior when they may have sustained a losing run. The offer by Sportsbook.com, although possibly reducing the amount stolen, further illustrates why the actions are unjust.
    10/16/2007 02:32 PM
BetUSA (SBR rating D+), a Sportsbook.com serviced book, agrees to pay on all voided same-game (correlated parlay) winning parlays. BetUSA ownership has often reversed unfair decisions by its service provider on issues ranging from incorrect bet grading to bonus and wagering disputes. Players whose BetUSA balances were debited should contact SBR or BetUSA ownership by email. SBR is still communicating with Sportsbook.com regarding the decision to confiscate these winnings across all of the sites under its management.
    10/11/2007 11:10 PM
Sportsbook.com (SBR rating D+) confiscates winnings made from correlated parlay bets dating back over one month. SBR is currently investigating complaints submitted by four players who were informed via email that thousands would be deducted from their balances because winnings derived from parlays where the legs of the parlay are "linked." Wagering on Under the total score and the Underdog spread would be an example of a correlated 2-team parlay. Some sportsbooks use their software to prohibit these types of wagers. SBR is also investigating a separate claim made by a player who states that over $80,000 was confiscated because he utlized different sportsbook websites within the Sportsbook.com family (Jazette ltd Group) of sportsbooks. This has been allowed and often encouraged by the different brands in the past. SBR will list updates for all Sportsbook.com complaints ranging from instances of incorrectly graded wagers to missing balances from sportsbook brands that defected from the Sportsbook.com operation to other white label services.

    4/2/2008 09:56 PM
Hollywood Sportsbook (SBR rating D-) cancels player's $2000 winning wager
A Hollywood player accidently placed a wager on the wrong team. He asked customer service if he could cancel the wager, was told that it was not possible, and was advised to wager on the other side of the match to eliminate the risk and "only lose the juice." The player waited until minutes before the game's start time and made a would-be losing wager on the other team. Hollywood canceled the winning wager during the game. Despite wagering logs showing the book did unjustly cancel the bet after start time it denied the player's request to review the phone logs confirming the bet would stand. Hollywood initially told the player it would investigate the matter in February but is no longer responding. SBR has added the claim to the list of pending issues filed by the sportsbook.com Group's players. Hollywood was acquired by sportsbook.com in May of 2006.
There are hundreds more of these.

You are right that some of there stuff is shifty Durito but if you play by the books and do things the right way you will be fine. There are holes in there software that ANYONE today could take advantage of.....I suggest not doing it b/c in the long run you will lose.
Anyways my personal experieice as a straight wager player is this place is excellent if you want to make money. Customer service stink end of story but its A+ in my eyes with no other book even coming close.

this is the problem with this place you can never get a straight answer from customer service. In the end my experience has been your money is safe. They are not in the business of stealing money or slow paying b/c they don't have the money. This is my personal opinion. It does suck when all of a sudden you don't get your money for a week with NO explaination. Who knows why. I will report today if its back up

You can search through this board back many years. You find a tons of posts like yours: "never had problem, these guys are the best, etc." then every year or two it's "never had a problem for 4 years, then they stole 78 thousand dollars from me". They will do it again. Play at your own risk.
