    Vietnam Rule in sportsbook

    Hi, may i know what is a "Vietnam Rule" setting in the sportsbook? i saw this feature coming out .
    May i know what it implies?

    You have a choice to refund your bet on a Asian soccer match 20 minutes before stoppage time. There is a limit to one per day that you can cancel. It took me awhile to figure it out how to do it but look for napalm option in the SBR sportsbook. It was a little confusing at first. GL!

    if i rem this Vietname rule is a special setting , i dont know whether this is an adminstrative setting accidentally revealed by the sportsbook or is a feature revealled for us to use?
