As others have said, they have some slow lines, and they pay.

I got gypped on a bonus (and yes, I followed the rules). Then they called me at home trying to get me to re-up again, and laughed when I brought up the missed bonus.

I am sick of the shady bonus rules, bad customer service, harassing phone calls....here is my latest experience with them. I deposited $50 twice in a day totaling $100...all I was asking was sportsbook bonus for the deposits I made....but they have shady bonus rules which keep changing. Here is the manner in which they treat customers...I have deposited several thousands in this book and I am a platinum member here and this is the way they treat me....I am done with this book.

That pretty much is the standard rule form most gambling sites isn't it? Even poker sites like Full Tilt the $600 first deposit bonus, is on the first deposit not the first two. Make two $300 deposits and you still only get a $300 bonus. And all those crappy bonuses are worth is a small amount of rake back.
I'm sure they would have given you the $25 freeplay if they knew you'd get this upset..but I don't think they intentionally screwed you those are the rules. "A deposit of $100" is not the same as two deposits of $50..

I dont give a shit if its in their rules or not. If the OP is telling the truth and is in fact platinum, why not just give the guy his measley $25 and tell him that this is a one time only thing. Their cust service is among the worst Ive ever seen. I guarantee that Scotty at betjam or anyone at Heritage would throw him his bone in 2 seconds

After I opened the thread, Bookmaker gave me a call and apologized about the incident. They also offered me $100 freeplay in return of the mistake they made. They also upgraded my level from platinum to diamond level.

This was the kind of feedback I expected from a A+ rated book. Bookmaker has always been a classy book with 'customers are always right' attitude. I am happy that they called me yesterday and resolved this issue. Thank you Bookmaker .
