It might not work every single time, but it will work more than not. In case you do not know, here is how it all operates. CC companies key in on certain merchant names that are suspicious and will block the transaction UNTIL you call them. Understand people, if the processing name they are using is not something obvious like "Sportsbook.com" (which nobody uses their real name) then they don't really know for sure that those pre-authorizations are really for anything other than a new dildo or what the hell ever. You never have to tell the CC company what the transaction is for EVER, and most would NEVER ask. You just say that you are trying to make an online purchase and the merchant is telling you that it is being blocked and you were told to call. These transactions are being blocked because they are suspicious, not because they are potential gaming sites. Not to mention, they are electronically blocked by focusing in on suffixes and prefixes and unfamiliar names and web addresses. They are not blocked by a person anyway. Once you call and request the block to be lifted you will be able to make your deposit, EVERYTIME. You will then find that certain casinos, Bodog is a good example, has hundreds of false billing names and some will require you to call in and release the block and some will go straight through. For example, when Bodog uses "msinfo.com" my bank will always block it. I've been using the same CC for 2 years and have made no less than 2000 deposits at Bodog, Sportsbook, SBG, and BetUs, all occaisonally requiring a simple call to the 800 number on the back of the card. If you are too lazy to do this then just go get a **** gift card. You MUST activate it online and then go register it online also after activation. As long as the registration information (name, zip code, phone number) matches what your casino has on file for you then it will ALWAYS work. If your asked if this is a gift card, say no. Casinos get sick of gift cards not working because people do not register them and when they run their little test to see if their information matches the card, nothing comes up. So they sometimes say they don't take gift cards, but as long as you register it, then it appears no different to them.
