    VIP's only. I was given one a long time ago. People who have one are trusted in the gambling world. Ask the book or casino you play with if they can open one for you. They wont give it to you if you are new. Ask for a manager if they dont give it to you and you feel you been with them for years.

    When I say years I mean 3 or more years.
