5Dimes not covering all of my ** fees

I just deposited 250+ through ** online and the fee was $34 to send it online and the person only wants to pay $15.96 and not the whole fee of $34. They said they would cover the ** fees if you deposit $250+, which I did and they are now only going to cover $15.96. What do I do?

How the hell did it cost $34? It should not have cost more than $20.......... that is probably why 5dimes is not cooperating. And I am not questioning your integrity, but something went wrong somewhere here.

It was an online ** transfer to Peru and it did cost me $34. Try doing the estimated cost on ** site and the online option is $34 to Peru.

The only thing I have right now is the e-mail I have saying how much I sent, fees , and other things. Also is Peru a bad place to send to or something?

Yes it it more expensive online, but it is more convenient and I figured they would cover the fees so I just did it online.

It costs more to do it online. They're not going to reimburse you for that high of a fee. They only reimburse what it is to do it in person, which is usually about $15. I've done it online in the past because I didn't feel like going out to Walmart and I was fine with them not reimbursing me the extra amount. Look at it as it saved you gas and time by doing it from home which offsets the difference.

If you send via phone, its even more expensive.

I sent 400 to Heritage last week... and there was a 40 dollar fee.... and they actually covered it... was very surprised.

Bet phoenix covered my fees for online transfers and so I just thought 5dimes would too. Just mad that they keep telling you we will cover all fees over 250, without saying but not for online and or other things that will make us not cover all the fees. Also what is this "agancy confirmed" that the fee was 15.96?
