    Sportingbet Account locked

    Dear Mr and Mrs,

at first I'm sorry that my english isn't better.
Sportingbet said it's Chip Dumping at the Pokerroom, what I did but I just lost there some money because I didn't know how to play there.

The thing is: I've got still 20.000 Euro at my Sportingbet.com Account. This money I've won with bets and at the casino, it doesn't have anything to do with the incident at the Pokerroom. Now Sportingbet.com has closed my Account and I cannot get my money. They aren't answering my emails and if I ask for reasons why I can't have my money in the Live Chat or on the telephone, they say that they don't know any details. Just the control department can tell me this, but at Sportingbet a normal User isn't able to contact them and they are don't writing back.

I hope that you can help me to get my account back, becouse it's quite not right that Sportingbet want du keep all my money.

    Yours sincerely,

    DDFerenz

    Edit:
I want to say that you can find nowhere at Sportingbet that they are able to lock my whole Account becouse of this "Chip Dumping". They just can lock me at Boss Media Poker, but not there. And they aren't able to steal my money.

First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

The only thing I can find in the SBR archives about Boss Media and chip dumping is this thread.

    thank you.

Bit I think the real problem is Sportingbet. They have closed my Account there.

I can live without Poker on Boss Media, but it's a shame and not right that Sportingbet want to keep all my money I've won with Bets an with the Casino. This money has nothing to do with Chip Dumping or anything else in Poker.

i agree from what you have told us sportingbet owes you an explaination, and can't just confiscate all of your funds.

i do feel there's more to this story though. it would help if you would be completely honest about what happened in the poker room. you don't get accused for chip-dumping for nothing, and from what you're saying (and not saying) you don't seem to deny this taking place. why would you risk losing your account with such a large balance, by trying to dump it to someone else, unless something is wrong with your account (false name, or whatever). I'm not accusing you of anything, but the story itself makes little sense to me.

    It's like I've already said...

It wasn't an intend, I just played a Heads Up with a friend and I didn't see something like this coming.
With my Account is nothing wrong, I've already paid out money before this happened.

I think Sportingbet is just looking to keep all the money!
And Sportingbet's reason that they told me is just this Chip Dumping, nothing else.

It's true what I say... Sportingbet locked my Account with all the Money I have from Bets and the Casino and that money has noting to do with den incident at the Paradise Poker. And they say I can't have it too.

    DD,

Your email complaint is a bit hard to follow.

Can you tell us how your balance grew to $20k? What were you betting and when? When did the poker game in question take place? How much was your last deposit?

I started there and had a piece of luck (I think every Player needs it and I had it simply a while and I don't see that Sportingbet has a Reason to destroy it)

I had a lot of bets and not all were won, I can't tell you clearly what the Bets were becouse I can't like I explained have a look into my Account. What I've bet? I just bet on Soccer, often Live-Bets. But I have to say that it all started with a few good rounds at the casino.

The Poker Game took place 3 weeks ago I think.

And like I said, I didn't make anything false to get this Money. Sportingbet just say every time that the reason to lock my account is this Chip Dumping.

I'm sorry for my English another time...
