I recently got an email from JustBet that said their site and betting options were now better, and that payout fees were now lower. No mention of getting in bed with Bookmaker, who I had an account with years ago, but had to close due to all of the problems and headaches I got dealing with them. Well I made a P2P deposit to what I thought was my JustBet account today, which was supposedly upgraded to be better now, only to learn that it's the same lies, deception, misleading and concealing tactics that Bookmaker has always employed. What a bunch of lowlife scam artists. Who comes up with the email they sent, with all the bells and whistles, and thinks people aren't going to figure out that they are just blatantly lying? Just in making 1 deposit today, this is what I had to learn the hard way, because they just do not openly disclose to you what's going on there.

1) JustBet ALWAYS paid for P2P deposit fees on deposits of $100 or more. NOW THEY DON'T!

2) JustBet ALWAYS gave me a free P2P payout every calendar month. NOW THEY DON'T!

3) I never had to hold to place a wager by phone when calling JustBet. NOW YOU DO, and the hold times are so painfully long now, they have a program that tells you they got 14 calls ahead of you.

4) JustBet and every other site I use offer a dime line on MLB, or less. NOW IT'S AN ABSURD 20 CENT LINE, so bend over, grab your ankles, and spread your cheeks so Bookmaker can rape you.

5) When making a deposit with JustBet, I could request a BJ Tourney Entry and casino bonus at the time of deposit. NOW YOU CAN'T, as they demand that you call them back after the deposit is in your account, but of course they can't tell you when that will happen. In any case, you have to call them back, hold to get thru, and I assure you that there is NOTHING better for me now compared to my old JustBet account. Oh, and there will be no more of this on deposits of $100 or more, as it's been raised to a deposit of $300 of more.

The only option for me is to close this account now, as I don't bend over for anyone, and suggest everyone else does the same. Bookmaker is bad, very bad! Clearly, they cannot be trusted. Use them at your own peril. And I know, the decent Book options from my country are getting thinner by the day, but I rather not wager than have to rely on these turkeys. Now that you can bet on for sure.

Another thing justbet offered along with 100% fps was various percentages like 45% of deposit on a future bet. Just thought I would correct you on many things you got wrong.

1. if you log in to your account and get the p2p name yourself, then add the info yourself and its under 300, then you get the fees added into your free play balance. Otherwise, 300 or more the fees go into your cash whether you call in for the name or get it online yourself.

2. your first payout after the change will be free but addition p2p payouts will come with a fee but there are other options for a free monthly payout. A DC is excellent. I do it and every month I just go to any ATM and get my money. If I cash out more than once a month, its only $20.

3. Yes sometimes there is a wait especially right when the games are about to go off. That happens everywhere I have ever played for the last 10+ years. Best to call earlier or use a PC or smartphone if you don't want to risk missing your game.

4. Justbet has a 10 cent graduated baseball line starting at 7:30 Pacific every day. Overnight lines are 20 cents.

5. You can still get a leader board tournament entry with every $100 or more deposit. Slots, BJ or video poker. Just ask for it.

Also with every deposit of $100 you can get a 100% casino bonus up to $250 to play blackjack/video poker or up to $500 for slots. So its actually a lot better than before. Before the max you could win was $500 but now there is no limit. Just ask for it.

I think its gotten a lot better.

I opened my JB account a day before the acquisition. I couldn't fund it until after the merger, due to the website being down for days. Since I technically registered my account before merger, I should be granted the dime lines. Dealing dual lines is unethical at best. Where's that JB spokesman Sparky when you need him?

Unlike JustBet before where you rarely held to get thru when calling them, and if you did hold was maybe for 1 minute, everytime I call now the hold times are several minutes/way too long & unacceptable. And no, I wasn't calling at peak times like at 12:45 PM ET on Sunday week 1 of the NFL or something. I called them tonight at 9:45 PM ET, which is way off peak for call volume, and still the message said there was 6 calls ahead of me and took several minutes to get to a rep. For the record when I did get thru, and the rep was checking something for me, I got disconnected. Had to call back, wait in queue for way too long again, and unlike any other Book I use JustBet's service now is simply pathetic.

I did call them a couple of weeks ago to confirm that their MLB lines (for me anyway) are 20 cent juice lines, which is literally double the cost of juice over all the other Books I use that offer a dime line, except for Books like Heritagesports that offer reduced juice and an 8 cent line for MLB. Compared to Books like Heritagesports, JustBet is now charging more than double the juice. JustBet's 20 cent line is also easily confirmed on SBR's Odds page, where it's as plain as day that they charge the most ridiculous high cost of juice. Just no reason to use JustBet now, unless you're an ignorant moron and/or enjoy being raped. If so, go to JustBet, bendover, grap your ankles, and spread your cheeks for 'em.

I did confirm that they are no longer covering P2P deposit fees on amounts under $300, and since I use Books the cover all the fees on deposits as low as $50, why ever use them unless you like bendingover? I know that there are other options besides P2P, but for me, P2P is the ONLY option! I also did confirm that they're no longer offering the free monthly payout. When I say free, I mean like it used to be where you never paid the fee. JustBet always covered the P2P payout fee for you. If you had $400 in your account, and wanted the whole $400, they would send you your $400 plain and simple. Now it's just more bendover and grab your ankles for the big bad book, if you so ignorantly choose to game with them.

Now after all of that, I still called them today to make a P2P deposit just for shits and giggles. There's NCAAF launching this weekend, and since I'm not entitled for a free payout at any of my main Books until the 2nd week of September, I decided to make a simple $100 deposit with 'em this evening. Let me tell you, there was no gigging! After sending the cash and getting the P2P referrence number, I call them to provide. Yes, VERY LONG UNACCEPTABLE hold times at offpeak 9:45 PM ET. I was subsequently alerted that there was an "error" with the transaction, and so I called them again. Yes, more VERY LONG UNACCPETABLE hold times. JustPathetic!

So the rep tells me that the problem is that I didn't send the money in U.S. Dollars, and so they can't process my request. I naturally tell the rep that there was absolutely no mention of needing to send in U.S. Dollars (USD), so how the heck would I know. Why don't they simply tell you to send in USD, if they want it in USD? Is that asking too much? The rep went on to blame me, and then went on to blame **, and then went on to say they can't pick up the money. Well blaming me certainly wasn't going to fly, nor was blaming **, as we did nothing wrong. It was JustBet that failed to indicate in any way to send in USD. Also, saying that they couldn't pick up the money was blatantly lying, as the money was sent, just had to be picked up in the local currency is all.

Now in the past, once maybe twice, there was a delay in the P2P deposit getting credited to my account. JustBet would always still take care of me, and honor my peddly wager via a handticket until the money hit the account, if I was trying to get a wager placed. After depositing thousands of dollars over the years with NEVER an issue, they always took care of me. So I simply asked the rep Jeff at JustBet to take the small $50 wager I wanted, as the game was going off in 2 minutes, and I would make sure that the money was corrected to USD. There's really no risk to them, as they could simply cancel the wager at anytime, and/or withhold any payout request until they received the deposit which I promised them would be done as always had been. This was never an issue for JustBet in the past, when once in a blue moon if an issue like this arose. Now it's just more poor service and blatant lying.

After Jeff repeatedly told me that there's nothing he could do, and that if he transfers me to wagering there will be nothing they could do with no $ in the account, I had to coax him to check with a higher authority. Jeff came back and told me after checking with Sid, he confirmed they can't help me. If this is a multi-million dollar solid Book, it surely cannot be impossible to simply credit an account $50. They verified I sent the money, just not in USD. Surely they could see how long and how much action I've flawlessly done over the years, and they can easily freeze the account until the deposit arrived in USD, and so what was the big whoop to honor my peddly wager request since the only reason the money wasn't sent in USD was because they failed to state in any way to do so?

Forget the unacceptable long hold times, raising the minimum to get a deposit fees reimbursed, no longer getting any free payouts, absurd 20 cent MLB lines, why on Earth would anyone want to give this place any action when they don't take responsibility for their failures but instead blatantly lie to you and dump on you? Or should I say, just want you to bend over, grab your ankles and spread your cheeks?

So would've taken about 15 minutes for me to go back to ** to have them correct to USD. Instead I just cancelled the darn thing and got my money back, as JustBet could care less about me. I'm to do business with this place? Sorry, I don't bendover for anyone. Told Jeff to permanently close my account, and to make sure they do not contact me again, ever, for any reason. As you clearly see, there's nothing in the email about me not sending in USD currency. It's just a generic email that in my case just further wasted my time. Would be nice if they'd send an email that is specific as to why there's an error with MY deposit, or at least mention that there could be a currency issue. Just another illustration as to how their service is woeful.

If you read what I wrote, you'll see that I would have to call them to take a hand ticket for my wager, or somehow put a temporary credit to my account so I could get my wager in, since the money could not get to my account until the transfer was updated to USD (which was all caused by THEIR failure to in any way mention that the money had to be picked up in USD.

Do you see how they not only nicely and clearly in the instructions state to send in USD, but they state it in bold print? That's all JustBet/Bookmaker need to do, if they are user friendly and looking out for their customers. Clearly they are not.

As far as their 20 cent lines, those were the lines in MY account, and that's what they told me when I called them. So if they're giving out wrong, misleading, false, inaccurate info, then just another reason on the long list of reasons to ...

Unless you're sending to Costa Rica, then colones are acceptable as well. So unless you're a newbie, sending via USD is common knowledge for most.
