if so- where is it....had to send them an email yesterday and they still havent responded. arent they suppose to be bigtime?

Hills live chat is useless... it usually gets you nowhere...... slooowly.
I always use their internal messaging system when I need to contact them, it's much less painful than dealing with the monkeys on their Live Chat.

yeah i clicked something in contact us yesterday and it sent them an email. its been like 30 hours and no response. so thats pretty useless too i suppose.
(disclaimer- i did just use dots instead of my name when sending the message "..... ......". shouldnt matter.)

As Gallin says it is on a small banner on the deposit/withdrawal page. Try to catch them at an off peak time because sometimes you can open that live chat and you'll be something like number 15 in the queue. When it is like that, if you value your time hang up. I'm convinced that half the time when an operator connects to you on live chat they are also serving other customers - half way through the conversation it often goes dead.
