Will Hill slowpay and just horrible CS

This is for their Poker room

I deposited 7500 and played for a few days.... played around 1500 hands of 100NL total

Sent my ID in, approved etc. Requested a 6500 cashout from them and they drag this on for a week

Collusion on my behalf I would think is not an issue since I was playing speed poker, deposit should not be an issue as well as I used Skrill.

First the CSR on live chat told me "Management is asking why you played so little and then cashed out." I'm not sure which world 1500 hands is little but anyways I said fine if that's the case cancel the withdraw and tell me how much more I have to play.

They wouldn't give me an answer. Fast forward a few more days of me going on live chat every day asking when I'm going to get my money and they pretty much give me BS telling me it's under review.

To top this off... The week I've been waiting for my w/d, I haven't received a single email from them. Not to confirm the withdraw, tell me there's an issue with the withdraw or anything

So why would you deposit 7.5k then withdraw 6.5k after 1500 hands anyways?

    1) Needed the money for something else
    2) Did not like their software
    3) I didn't think 1500 hands was an issue
    4) I told them if you don't think thats enough cancel the w/d tell me how much I need to play and I will do it

All the employees here in Vegas working for William Hill are complaining about how crappy things are run. Cal Neva did a way better job before they took over.

If the walk-up counter is in really bad shape, the Will Hill online site must but 100x worse.

I would only choose 5Dimes, Pinnacle, Bookmaker (ONLY because they don't limit players but the lines suck), and some of the Asian/Aussie books because they have a larger handle on soccer.

Any book is going to give you a hard time if it looks like all you want to do is "rack up payment processing points", and leave them holding a big bill (% wise) for having you visit the site! To avoid this either pay what's due or deposit via a different method. You are to blame here not the book and there are a number of books I can think of who wouldn't let you withdraw unless you paid the ~2.5% it costs the book for you to deposit your money.

    nonsense

It's his money and he has every right to withdraw when he sees fit, for what reason. Be it after 1500 hands or even after 10 hands, it has nothing to do with anything.

If they don't like this then they should lay out any rules regarding withdrawals when he opens the account.

You talking crap son. Many books have T&C's applied to deposit/withdrawal methods specially designed to deal with people who rack up kick backs from depositing using neteller etc... You deposit using a high % cost method for the book it's your responsibility to pay this, not the book. Pinny, 188, Betdaq etc.. all do this in one form or another. You'll learn son, you'll learn.

If this would be the case then he would have been informed to cover deposit/withdrawal costs or to play more.

I specifically asked them, if they don't think the playthrough is enough please let me know how many hands I have to play and I'll do it.

Poker is unlike sportsbooks where there is a set rollover on most books before you can cashout or at least I was unaware what the WH policy was and they never told me after asking them repeatedly

Go to ten books, deposit using moneybookers/neteller, play 150 hands or make one small bet, and attempt to withdraw and see what happens. This board so full of novices....

Obviously no books like it when people do this, but if they are agreeing to pay the fees, then this goes with that deal. If they aren't paying the fees, then whats the difference to them? I don't think it is unreasonable for a player to be upset about this...

Why can't I deposit $2000 and make one bet and then withdraw if I win???

    Its not illegal men

Its why Betfair, Pinnacle, Bookmaker, SBOBET some other Asians are just killing competition

Nobody is saying you cant do that, what we are saying is you cant deposit, make 1 $30 bet, then withdraw. A lot of books wont let you do this, with pinny you can once per month that's it, with bf its ok as long as you don't abuse, with betdaq, 188 etc they wont let you,
