Blocked from 5dimes **** deposits because...

I was blocked from 5Dimes **** deposits because I simply forgot to enter my middle initial when I signed up.

Seems pretty ridiculous, because of this and the fact they ask for your password in live chat convinces me they're an extremely unprofessional book.

I wanted to deposit with them for their MMA lines and prop bets, and the fact that they allow parlays consisting of multiple sports.

Can anyone suggest a different book with **** deposits (********) with the above benefits?

Yes, multiple times, with different reps every time. Each gave me the same vague spiel that I have been blocked by their 3rd party **** processor and that deposit method is not available to me.

BetPhoenix is the closest to 5Dimes wagering options.

I'm currently with bodog, I have had no problems with them but their juice is higher than every other book on most lines. They're only good for underdogs most of the time. They also don't have any prop bets for MMA and they don't allow parlay bets consisting of different sports.

I'll keep my account with Bodog but I'll probably only use them for dog bets in the future.

their juice is no higher than bm, probably lower.

don't know how often they offer mma props (it's listed as an option)

you can parlay different sports bets, you have to choose your selections, click "add to picks". do this for each sport then "select all", "parlay".

^^ thanks for that info bro.

It seems I can't deposit at BookMaker too as they use the same **** processor.

Juice is very high for MMA at bodog, and always at least a little higher at bodog compared to 5dimes.

They have some really goofy policies. I can never remember my 5d account number off the top of my head because it's rather long, so a couple times I had to ask them for my username when I wasn't on my own computer. The first time I did that it was done promptly, although I wasn't really happy they emailed me my password too when I only needed the username. The second time, they actually locked my account and made me send them an ID and something else (maybe a utility bill?) before I could bet there again. It makes absolutely 0 sense from a security standpoint that they would treat your password without much security at all (asking for it in chat, sending it to you in an email when you didn't even ask for it) but then require an ID just to tell you your account number!

Especially since they email me once a week with their promo email that includes my username! I use an email client that downloads my mail so if I'm not on my home computer I don't have access to my email, but if I was using webmail I wouldn't have had to ask for my username in the first place since they email me the account number weekly.

You sound like a nice guy, but seriously, either remember your account # (its not THAT long) or write it down and put it in your wallet without the password. You can't blame 5dimes for not wanting to just hand out your account info. In fact, you should be happy thats their policy.

You're missing the point. They send me an email once a week advertising their lines on whatever the current big event is (this week it'll probably be the NHL or NBA playoffs) and that email includes my account number. It makes no sense that they'd send me an email with my account number once a week, yet make me send them an ID and utility bill if I ask for my account number. The issue isn't their security policies, it's the internal inconsistencies of the policy. The other example is how they ask you for your password all the time in live chat.

I have accounts at so many books it isn't realistic to memorize every account number nor keep it in my wallet, but the obvious workaround it is to simply switch my 5D email address to a webmail based one like yahoo, hotmail, or gmail, that way I'll always have access to one of their weekly emails. That doesn't change the fact that their security policy is completely inconsistent.
