Raiders what do you make of the multiple reports from bettors here and on BTC forums who are saying they can't access their funds, or get a response from CS? My rule of thumb is that the first two or three reports might well be agenda-driven, but when there's several I start to wonder.
I know you have your ear closer to the ground than I do on these things, but the Pinnacle promise made and broken is sus, and while these posters don't have a ton of posts, they don't come across as troll-ey.
Pinnacle was awful but I haven't heard of any limited withdrawals such as Aces Gold where the withdrawal limit was $1k. It doesn't seem they had ill intent. I'm not telling you anything new but off lines or huge bonuses with low rollovers are things to worry about.
With the recent complaints against Betcoin, I'm not accusing anyone here of being dishonest, but most of the time it's multi-accounting bypassing limits. Betcoin isn't heavy handed with KYC but it seems that when they do ask, there's always a refusal or the ID is fishy. Don't use a VPN there and you'll never have to KYC.

Little update from here. I have not received any information after my first post. Optional have tried to chase them, but also no answer to him.
My account in Betcoin is fully verified, and I have made one successful withdrawal. My Playbetr account is not verified, but I think that is not the problem, since I had played there for few months only. I have never used VPN, do not even have one.
Any thoughts how to proceed in this matter?
I also have never used VPN, I am also ready to do all type of verifications but of course you can not verify account if they close account and not answer to your mail for 2 months+.

I'm not sure what happened in your case. I do know that they respect SBR but I don't think that SBR does arbitration anymore with offshore books. I've seen in the past where Betcoin has agreed to 3rd party arbitration but I'm unsure of the 3rd party used now.

karakara - Making false accusations against me and using game-protect tells me you are dishonest. That said, I have no idea if you have a case or not against Betcoin. But I'm 100% sure about your character and wouldn't believe a word that you say. I can understand why someone would cease communication with you.

The fact that PlayBetr (read Betcoin, as they use same team(s) for support and solving complaints) doesnt answer any e-mails and just close account and take your founds, the fact that they doesnt answer to SBR operators, the fact that my lawyer cant reach them probably says something?
@raiders no one have ceased communication with me, they dont communicate with no-one, they havent even started communication. Also there is nowhere in their Terms of Conditions that they can withheld balance by any reasoning.

There's obvious ghosts here at SBR in this thread. Betcoin has a ton of people that multi-account. They are very strict about multi-accounting and if caught, you'll pay a price. We don't know if there's an innocent person that got caught in the net. We also don't know if it's the same one or two people that multi-accounted that are running around to different forums and social media outlets smearing Betcoin. Look at what one guy can do here at SBR in a short amount of time. If he's given two weeks, there's no telling how many different places he'll hit.
Posting in the bitcoin forum at SBR for 8 years, if someone that posts there has a complaint, I'll take that very seriously. Otherwise, I feel very secure that any vet here won't have any problems.

I’ve had and account at betcoin for at least six years, I’ve never had any issues depositing or withdrawing. My issues are with the site itself. Maybe I’m just dumb but I can’t figure out the betting interface. I tried the legacy interface and the newer one to no avail. I’m going to try again on my desktop computer and see if it’s easier but the site seems slow as well. I also couldn’t find halftime bets and there were only two live NCAA football games available. I’m sure it’s me but the site layout doesn’t flow like I’m used to. The withdrawal I requested today took about two hours, is that normal for betcoin these days? I expected it to be faster but it was a decent amount and my first withdrawal in years.
This is what I would do since I've done this. Send a support ticket and tell them where you heard about them and the problem. I've done that a few times. I had a problem changing odds decimal to American since it's different Beta and Legacy. I once had a SHIB withdraw that took longer than normal. They were pretty good explaining it to me. Support tickets do help if live chat can't solve the problem to your liking. The other thing is that they listen and make improvements. You're a long time poster here and they will listen to you.
