They take forever and play tons of games in KYC. Can take a month or more having your resend KYC items over and over until hopefully you lose back your money.
It took me about 45 days to get two $2,500 payouts from them earlier this year.
Read reviews about this sort of thing they’ve done to many folks.
Used to be good. That was many years ago. Many better options now.
Here is the review I did of them, which got merged with Morino’s review.
Every time they asked for something I would send them 5-6 angles/images so they couldn’t refuse them (although they did several times). I also asked for updates daily on live chat.
I also let them know I was a longtime member of both Sportsbook Review and Bookmakers Review and that I was surprised it was taking so long since they have good reviews there.
